To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted. Please ensure products are securely packed for return shipping to prevent damage.

- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or custom-made orders
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at support@thenutronaut.com. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5. Return Shipping
