What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@thenutronaut.com to begin the return process.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All our products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
How long does a candle burn?
Our candles typically burn between 40–60 hours depending on the size. For best results, trim the wick before each use.
What if I received a damaged item?
