Cancellation & Modification

1. Cancellation Window

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us via email. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or stopped. Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast dispatch.

2. Modification Requests

If you've made a mistake in your shipping address, product variant, or quantity, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests before the packing process begins. Be sure to include your order number and updated details.

3. After Processing Begins

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. At this stage, please wait for the product to be delivered and refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you would like to proceed with a return request.
